Afghan police officer shoots dead 3 NATO soldiers, 2 wounded

KANDAHAR, Feb. 21 – Officials from Boldak district of Kandahar province report that at around 04:00 pm on Monday, a police officer of a check post in Rabat area opened fire with his PK machine gun on foreign soldiers that were standing outside (near Sahib Jan’s house) as a result 3 soldiers including their captain were killed on the spot and 2 others were fatally wounded.
Witnesses from the scene add that the soldiers later shot dead the officer and then arrested 11 others of the same check post.
